Terms of Service

Welcome to Zylolo. By accessing or using the Zylolo platform ("Platform"), whether as a Creator, a Brand, or an unauthenticated visitor, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vishal Manian, sole proprietor trading as "Zylolo" ("Zylolo", "we", "us", "our"), having a registered office at Innov8 Prestige Tech Platina, 11th Floor, N032/2,34/1, Kadabisanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
- Zylolo reserves the right to verify your identity and credentials at any time and to refuse or revoke access at its sole discretion.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@zylolo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.
- Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Creator Responsibilities
- Creators must fulfil campaign deliverables as specified in each campaign brief within agreed timelines.
- All content must be original, accurate, and comply with applicable Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines, including mandatory paid-partnership disclosures (#ad, #sponsored, or equivalent).
- Creators must maintain active, legitimate ownership of any social media accounts connected to the Platform.
- Failure to deliver agreed content without valid reason may result in withheld payments and account suspension.
4. Brand Responsibilities
- Brands must provide accurate, complete campaign briefs and pay agreed fees promptly through the Platform.
- Brands may not request content that violates applicable law, ASCI guidelines, or Zylolo's content standards.
- Brands are responsible for ensuring that campaign usage rights are used only as agreed with each Creator.
- Brands must not use the Platform to contact Creators for commercial arrangements outside of Zylolo.
5. Events & Experiences
- Brands may host physical or hybrid events ("Events") on the Platform, and Creators may register to attend. Registration requires accurate personal details which may include government ID, date of birth, gender, emergency contact, dietary and travel preferences, and (where applicable) details of an accompanying guest.
- Government ID numbers submitted for Event registration are encrypted before storage and are never displayed in plain text to Brands, other Creators, or Zylolo staff outside of verification needs.
- Where an Event includes travel, accommodation, or logistics arranged by Zylolo or the hosting Brand, necessary details (e.g., name, travel dates, flight or hotel preferences) are shared with airline, hotel, or transport partners solely to fulfil those bookings.
- Creators are responsible for the accuracy of information provided for Event registration, including any details relating to an accompanying guest, and must have that guest's consent to share their information with Zylolo and its logistics partners.
- Zylolo and hosting Brands are not liable for losses arising from a Creator's failure to provide accurate registration or travel information, or from circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g., flight delays, venue changes).
- Photo and media usage consent collected during Event registration governs how Event photography and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Activities
All Users must NOT:
- Post, transmit, or submit content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, or violates any applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Promote illegal products, services, or activities.
- Manipulate platform analytics, social media engagement, or AI systems (e.g., buying followers, fake engagement, reverse-engineering recommendation algorithms).
- Violate the rights of minors under the POCSO Act, 2012.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or Platform infrastructure.
7. Payments, Fees & Subscriptions
- All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable TDS deductions under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Zylolo deducts a Platform Service Fee disclosed at the time of each transaction.
- Brands may subscribe to paid plans (Start, Rising, Scale) and Creators may subscribe to Creator Pro, each billed periodically in INR via Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Brand plans are billed per monthly period and must be renewed before the period (plus any grace window) ends; access to paid features is suspended until renewal.
- Introductory pricing. The standard fee for the Zylolo Start plan is ₹3,999 per month. Brands who subscribe during the founding-offer period are billed the introductory rate of ₹1,999 per month for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. Zylolo will announce the end of the founding-offer period on the Platform; the standard fee applies to subscriptions started after that date.
- Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on amounts received or paid through the Platform.
- Payments may be withheld pending identity verification, tax compliance, or dispute resolution.
8. Intellectual Property
- Creators retain ownership of original content they create. Campaign participation grants Zylolo and the relevant Brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use deliverables as agreed in the campaign brief.
- Zylolo's trademarks, logos, and brand assets may not be used without express written permission.
- Zylolo's Platform software, design, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Zylolo.
9. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
- Zylolo uses AI and machine learning to power creator–brand matching, campaign recommendations, performance insights, content suggestions, and fraud detection.
- AI-generated recommendations and scores are for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of campaign outcomes, earnings, or partnerships.
- By using the Platform, you consent to your anonymised activity data being used to train and improve Zylolo's AI models within the Platform. Your personally identifiable information is never sold or shared for external AI training.
- Automated decisions that significantly affect you may be reviewed by contacting support@zylolo.com.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
11. Data Protection & Compliance
- Zylolo processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- We collect consent at registration and record its version, timestamp, and the IP address from which it was given. Where we materially change what data we collect or how we use it (for example, when introducing a new feature such as Events), we will ask existing Users to review and re-accept the updated Terms and Privacy Policy before continuing to use affected features.
- Users may exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion, grievance redress, and withdrawal of consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension & Termination
- Zylolo may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, legal requirements, or at our sole discretion with 7 days' notice, except in cases of serious misconduct.
- Users may close their account at any time from Settings. Pending payments will be processed within 30 days of closure subject to compliance checks.
- Upon termination, all licences granted to the User terminate immediately.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zylolo's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by or earned by that User through the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Zylolo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

15. Modifications to These Terms
Zylolo may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
