Brand Analytics

Cross-campaign intelligence, vendor compliance tracking, and detailed automation audit logs — the deeper analytics workspace for growing teams.

Analytics Center Overview

The Analytics Center (/brand/analytics) is a dedicated workspace for "cross-campaign intelligence, compliance tracking, and detailed automation metrics." It's made up of three sections: Advanced Analytics, Vendor Compliance, and Automation Activity.

Advanced Analytics and Vendor Compliance are Scale-plan features; Automation Activity is available to everyone with access to this page.

Where this fits with the dashboard Your dashboard's Automation Activity feed shows recent events at a glance. This page is the full version — with longer history, deeper filters, exports, and (on Scale) cross-campaign trend analysis that doesn't fit on the dashboard.

Advanced Analytics (Scale)

On Start and Rising plans, this card shows a lock: "Available on Zylolo Scale" — "Upgrade to unlock cross-campaign intelligence, trend tracking, budget forecasts, and more," with an Upgrade Plan button to your subscription settings.

On Scale, choose a date range — 30D, 90D, 180D, or Custom (which reveals Start/End date pickers with an Apply button) — and click Reset to clear a custom range. Toggle Show more insights to reveal the deeper panels described below.

An overview row shows four headline numbers: Acceptance Rate, Completion Rate, Avg Applicants / Campaign, and Released Payout. Below that, a set of collapsible panels break things down further:

  • 6-Month Trend — a month-by-month table of applications received, creators accepted, conversion rate, and payout released. Shows "No trend data yet" if there's no history.
  • Cross-Campaign Comparison — filter by status (All/Open/Completed/Cancelled) and sort by Performance Score, Conversion Rate, Completion Rate, or Projected Utilization. Each campaign shows applicant/accepted/paid counts and conversion/completion/utilization percentages. Shows "No campaign intelligence available" if empty.
  • 30-Day Forecast — Last 30D Released, Run Rate / Day, Projected Next 30D, and Projected Budget Utilization — a simple projection of where your spend is heading if current trends continue.
  • Creator Overlap Insights (with "Show more insights") — which campaigns share the same creators, and a table of creators working across multiple campaigns (campaigns/accepted/completed counts). Shows "No cross-campaign creator overlap in this range" if none.
  • Budget Risk Radar (with "Show more insights") — every campaign's risk level (healthy / watch / danger, color-coded) with released spend and projected next-30-day spend, plus a summary like "3 healthy, 1 watch, 0 danger". Shows "No budget risk data yet" if none.

If this section can't load: "Advanced analytics unavailable right now."

Why this is Scale-only Cross-campaign analysis only becomes meaningful once you're running several campaigns at once — Scale is built for teams operating at that volume, where spotting overlap, risk, and trends across campaigns saves real time.

Vendor Compliance (Scale)

Like Advanced Analytics, this is locked on Start/Rising: "Available on Zylolo Scale" — "Upgrade to track creator payout readiness, compliance status, and bulk reminders."

On Scale, a summary grid shows counts of Accepted Vendors, and how many are Ready, Watch, or Action Required for payout. Filter the list with the same chips, check Select all or individual creators, then click Export (shown as "Export All" or "Export (N)" once you've selected some) to download a CSV — vendor-compliance-YYYY-MM-DD.csv — with each creator's name, status, missing requirements, and linked campaigns.

Each list row shows the creator's name, which campaigns they're on, and their compliance status (Ready / Watch / Action Required). If this section can't load: "Vendor compliance summary unavailable right now."

Why export this If you have creators in "Watch" or "Action Required" status, the CSV gives your finance or ops team a ready-made list to follow up on — chasing missing bank or tax details before a milestone is approved avoids payout delays later.

Automation Activity (Audit Log)

This section is a detailed audit log of automation events and (optionally) all system activity — available regardless of plan. Filter by:

  • Event type chips — All, Creator Approved, Deliverable Submitted, Payment Pending.
  • Date range chips — All time, Today, 7D, 30D (default), or Custom (with Start/End date inputs).
  • A search box — matches action, entity, actor email, campaign ID, or creator ID.

Clear resets all filters back to defaults. Toggle "Show all audit events" / "Show automated only" to switch between just your workflow rules' events and every recorded action in your workspace.

Each row shows the time, the action (e.g. "Creator Approved"), what it affected, and who triggered it. If nothing matches: "No automation events found." When viewing all audit events, results are paginated.

Why keep a full audit log Once multiple team members can approve content, accept creators, or release payments, this log is your record of who did what and when — useful for resolving disputes internally and for compliance reviews.
