Creator Guide
Profile & Media Kit
Edit how brands see you, connect your YouTube and Instagram channels, and understand your public Media Kit page — the shareable "link in bio" that showcases your stats, rates, and past campaigns.
Profile Strength
The Edit Profile tab (/creator/settings/profile, the first tab under
Settings) is where you control everything brands see about you —
your bio, niche, collaboration preferences, and the social channels behind your stats.
At the top, a Profile Strength bar shows a percentage and label (e.g. "60% — Good"). It increases as you fill in more fields and connect more channels — a more complete profile ranks better in brand searches and unlocks more of the dashboard (see the Dashboard Locked notice).
Editing Your Profile
Profile Picture
Click Change Photo to upload a new avatar (shows "Uploading..." while it processes).
Basic Info
- Display Name — e.g. "Jane Doe".
- Username — e.g. "janedoe" — this becomes part of your media kit URL.
Bio
A short paragraph — placeholder: "Tell brands what you're about..." This appears at the top of your public media kit.
Location & Website
- Website (Optional) — e.g. "https://yoursite.com".
- Location (Optional) — e.g. "Mumbai, India".
Professional Details
- Primary Niche — choose one: Tech & Programming, Gaming, Lifestyle, Beauty & Fashion, Finance & Business, Health & Fitness, Education, or Entertainment. This is the main category brands filter by when searching for creators.
- Media Kit URL (Optional) — link to an external media kit if you maintain one elsewhere.
Collaboration Preferences
A grid of toggle buttons for the types of work you're open to: Sponsored Content, Product Reviews, Affiliate Marketing, User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Ambassador, and Giveaways. Click Save Changes to apply.
Connected Accounts
The Connected Accounts tab ("Connect Your Channels — Link your social media accounts to unlock analytics and brand deals") shows a card per platform:
- YouTube — when disconnected: "Connect to track video performance & earnings" with a Connect YouTube button. Once connected, shows a Connected badge, "Linked as [username]", and a last-synced time, with a Disconnect button. If your session expires, the card shows an Action needed badge and "Session expired — reconnect to restore analytics sync" with a Reconnect button.
- Instagram — same pattern: disconnected shows "Access audience insights & engagement data" with Connect Instagram; connected shows "Linked as [username]" with Disconnect.
- X Platform — shown as "Releasing Soon" (disabled, part of Zylolo Pulse): "Sync your latest posts and audience reach once X integration is live."
Clicking Disconnect asks you to confirm: "Are you sure you want to disconnect [username]? This will stop tracking new analytics and performance data from this channel."
Your Public Media Kit
Your Media Kit is a public page at /c/[your-username] — the link shown on
your dashboard's "Media Kit & Portfolio" card. Share it anywhere (Instagram bio, email pitches) as your
one-stop pitch to brands. If a brand visits a username that doesn't exist, they'll see "Portfolio
Offline — We couldn't find the creator you're looking for."
From top to bottom, the page shows:
- Hero — your avatar (with a "Verified" badge if applicable, and a "⭐ Zylolo Star" badge if you're on Pro), name, rank chip (e.g. "Micro Creator"), bio, location, and niche tags.
- Stats Grid — Total Reach, Engagement Rate (or your average brand Rating), Campaigns completed, and Avg Rating.
- Platform Analytics — separate cards for YouTube and Instagram (subscribers/followers and engagement rate), each with a "Verified" chip if that channel is verified, plus an Audience Authenticity badge ("Highly Authentic", "Mostly Organic", or "Mixed Signals") based on your Creator Authenticity Score.
- Verified Platforms — every connected channel with its handle and follower count, linking out to the channel itself.
- Collaboration Rates — what you charge per content type (Instagram Post, Reel, Story, YouTube Integration, YouTube Dedicated). Brands who are logged in see your full rate card with the note "Rates are starting prices. Final rates may vary per campaign." Public visitors instead see a teaser — "Starting from ₹[amount] / collab" alongside "Full rate card available to brands — Sign in as a brand to see per-format pricing" and a See Full Rates button.
- Brands Worked With — a logo strip of past brand partners (if any).
- Recent Campaigns — your completed campaigns with platform icon, brand name, and completion date.
- Brand Reviews — star ratings and quoted feedback left by brands after a contract completes.
- Footer CTA — "Ready to collaborate? Send a proposal or start a campaign with [you] on Zylolo," with a Collaborate on Zylolo button for brands to sign up.
Setting your rates and toggling whether recent campaigns are shown is done from Settings → Plan & Billing, under "Your Collaboration Rates" — "Brands see these on your public media kit. Leave blank to hide." Leaving any rate field empty hides that row from your media kit entirely.
