Brand Guide
Account Settings & Subscription
Manage your brand profile, password and security, team members and permissions, workflow automations, and your Zylolo subscription plan.
Settings Overview
Settings (/brand/settings) is split into tabs — which tabs you see depends
on your role and plan:
- Edit Profile and Security & Login — everyone.
- Team Members — Rising/Scale, if you have team-viewing permission.
- Workflow Automations — Rising/Scale only.
- Plan & Billing — brand owners only.
- Terms & Privacy — everyone (read-only legal documents).
Non-owner team members see a reduced set of tabs based on their assigned role and permissions.
Edit Profile, Security & Deleting Your Account
Edit Profile
Update how your brand appears to creators:
- Brand Logo — click Change Logo to upload an image (max 2MB).
- Personal Name and Company/Brand Name (both required).
- Industry — Fashion & Apparel, Technology & SaaS, Beauty & Cosmetics, Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Travel & Hospitality, Finance & Crypto, or Education & E-learning.
- Brand Description (Bio) — what creators see about who you are.
- Website URL and Instagram Handle (both optional).
Click Save Changes — you'll see "Settings updated successfully" once saved.
Security & Login
Change your password by entering your Current Password and a New Password (minimum 8 characters), then click Update Password.
Danger Zone — Deleting Your Account
Brand owners can permanently delete the brand account via a 3-step confirmation:
- Acknowledge consequences — check three boxes confirming you understand that campaigns/briefs/content history, wallet balance and payment/invoice records (with pending payouts cancelled), and all team members/automations will be permanently deleted.
- Confirm your identity — type the email address on your brand account.
- Type DELETE — after a short countdown, click Delete My Account to permanently delete everything and sign out.
Team Members & Permissions (Rising & Scale)
The Team Members tab is "Add collaborators to your brand. Their role controls what they can access across campaigns, events, and the CRM." A seat-usage bar shows "Seats used: X / Y" — if you're over the limit, a red badge shows "Over limit by X".
Adding a member
If you can manage the team, fill in Full name, Email address, choose a Role — Campaign Manager, Reviewer, Finance, or Owner — and click Add Member. If you're at your seat limit, the whole form is disabled with: "Seat limit reached. Remove a member or upgrade your plan to add more."
A role guide explains each option:
- Owner — "Full access across campaigns, events, finance, and team."
- Campaign Manager — "Daily campaign and event execution — no finance or billing."
- Reviewer — "Read-only access with content review capability."
- Finance — "Budget, billing, and analytics only — no creator PII."
Managing members
Each member card shows their name, email, role badge, and invite status — Active (green, accepted), Invite Sent (yellow, pending), or Not Invited (gray). Depending on your permissions and plan:
- Permissions — opens a Custom Permissions editor (if your plan supports custom roles) that overrides the default access for that member's role, grouped by Campaigns, Applicants, CRM, Finance, Subscription, Team, Events, Analytics, and Content. Save Permissions applies the changes, or Reset to Default reverts to the role's standard permissions.
- Send Invite / Resend Invite — for members who haven't accepted yet.
- Remove — removes the member and frees their seat.
Workflow Automations (Rising & Scale)
Workflow Automations let you "configure automated actions triggered by events in your workflow" — e.g. automatically notify your team when a creator is accepted, or move a CRM card when a milestone is approved.
If you have no rules yet: "No automation rules yet — Start by creating your first rule to automate repetitive workflow actions," with a + Create First Rule button. Otherwise, search rules by name/description/trigger, and filter with chips: All, Healthy (running fine), and Needs Attention (failed, partial, or no-effect runs). Expand All / Collapse All and an Accordion On/Off toggle control how the list displays.
Creating or editing a rule
- Rule Name (required) and an optional Description.
- Trigger Event — Creator Accepted, Creator Rejected, Deliverable Submitted, Milestone Approved, Payment Pending, Approval Request Approved, or Approval Request Rejected.
- Run Mode — Live (executes actions for real) for everyone, or Dry Run (simulates without making changes) — available only on Scale.
- Enable this rule — checked by default for new rules.
- One or more Actions (click + Add Action), each one of: Send Notification (to Brand Owner, Finance Team, Reviewers, Campaign Managers, or All Team Members), Create Task Reminder (days before due + priority), Move Application Status, Move Campaign Status, or Update CRM Card (target stage + priority).
Click Save Rule to confirm.
Monitoring a rule
Each rule shows a toggle to enable/disable it, plus (when expanded) its trigger, run mode, last-run status, and an "Effectiveness: X/Y actions applied (Z%)" summary. If a rule isn't healthy, you'll see a "Needs Attention" or "Watch" alert explaining why. Click Test to run it manually, or View Timeline to see an audit trail of every run, filterable by tone (Success / Info / Warning / Danger). Delete removes a rule permanently after confirmation.
Plan & Billing
The Plan & Billing tab (owners only) shows your Current Subscription — plan name, status, how many campaigns you've published this month, your remaining publishes (or "Unlimited"), and team seat usage.
You may also see:
- A pending upgrade banner with Resume Payment / Cancel Upgrade if a previous upgrade payment wasn't completed.
- A scheduled downgrade banner with a Cancel button if you've scheduled a move to a lower plan.
- A seat overage warning if you have more team members than your plan allows.
Plans
| Plan | Price | Publish Fee | Publishes / mo | Team Seats | CRM / Approvals / Automations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start | ₹1,999/mo (founding offer; regular ₹3,999/mo) | 16% | 2 | 1 (owner only) | — |
| Rising | ₹9,999/mo | 12% | Unlimited | 3 | Included |
| Scale | ₹19,999/mo | 8% | Unlimited | 10 | Advanced (incl. dry-run automations) |
Each plan card lists its features and shows your status with that plan: Active Plan (current), Choose This Plan (first activation), Switch Plan (upgrade), or Schedule Downgrade (move to a cheaper plan effective at your next billing date).
Downgrading
Choosing a lower plan opens a Confirm Downgrade preview: "This change will take effect on [date]," with an impact summary covering CRM access, your new seat limit, whether Approval Workflow and Automations remain included, and whether you'll need to remove team members first (existing members are never auto-removed — you must do this yourself if you're over the new limit). Confirm with Confirm Downgrade.
Payment history
The Upgrade Payment History table lists every plan-change payment — date, plan change (e.g. "Start -> Rising"), amount, status (Completed/Failed/Pending), Razorpay order ID, and for completed payments, Download PDF / Send to Email invoice actions. If you've never changed plans: "No subscription payment records yet."
Choosing Your First Plan
New brand accounts land on /brand/subscribe after onboarding: "Choose a plan to activate
your account — Get started with the Zylolo Start plan today. Rising and Scale plans unlock more
features and are on Zylolo Pulse — upgrading to them from Settings will open up soon."
Click Subscribe & Continue on the Start plan to open Zylolo's secure Razorpay checkout. On success, your account activates and you're taken straight to your dashboard with a "Subscription activated. Welcome to Zylolo!" message. If you cancel payment, you'll stay on this page and can try again.
Rising and Scale are shown as "Releasing Soon" on this initial screen — part of Zylolo Pulse — every brand starts on Start, then upgrades from Plan & Billing once they're ready for more team seats, CRM, or approvals.
