Brand Guide
Discover Creators
Search, filter, and evaluate creators on Zylolo, save them to shortlists, and invite the right ones to your campaigns.
Searching for Creators
Discover Creators (/brand/discover) is Zylolo's creator search — "Find the
perfect partners for your brand's next story." Use the search box ("Search by name, niche...") and the
filter row to narrow the results:
- Category — All Categories, Tech, Fashion, Lifestyle, Gaming, Beauty, Travel.
- Platform — toggle YouTube and/or Instagram (at least one stays selected).
- Followers — a slider capping results at up to 1,000,000 followers.
- Trust Level — toggle High Trust ("Creators with verified, authentic engagement") or Review First ("Creators worth a closer look before committing"), based on each creator's Creator Authenticity Score.
- Accounts only — a verified toggle: "Only show creators with a connected YouTube or Instagram account."
Click Reset to clear all filters. Results show as "X creators found", with pagination (Previous / "Page X of Y" / Next) below.
Each creator card shows their photo with platform icons, name, rank badge, handle, location, bio, niche, and a row of metrics — rating & review count, follower count, and engagement rate — plus a trust badge where Zylolo has a Creator Authenticity Score.
Viewing a Creator's Profile
Click View Profile on any creator card to open their full profile in a side panel, including:
- Their avatar, name, rank badge, handle, and a "Verified by Zylolo" badge if applicable.
- Quick stats — rating & review count, followers, and engagement rate.
- Engagement Trust — a trust status badge (High Trust / Review First / Unverified) with the underlying signals: engagement rate health, total reach, and primary platform.
- Vendor Compliance — whether the creator is "Ready for payout review," "Almost ready," or needs "Action required," plus which checks (email, identity verification, bank details, tax details) are already complete.
- Their bio, primary niche, preferred collaboration types, and a View Media Kit link to their public profile page.
- Audience Demographics — gender split, age distribution, and top locations, drawn from their connected platform analytics.
- Recent content thumbnails with like/comment counts, and any Brand Reviews left by other brands they've worked with (star rating + comment).
Shortlists (Rising & Scale)
On Rising and Scale plans, a Shortlist row lets your team save creators for later. Pick an existing shortlist from the dropdown, or type a name under "New shortlist name" and click Create. Use Delete to remove a shortlist you no longer need.
On each creator card (and in the profile panel), click Add to Shortlist / Remove from Shortlist to manage membership — this requires CRM-management permission, since shortlists feed into your CRM pipeline.
Inviting a Creator to a Campaign
From a creator's card or profile panel, click Invite to Campaign (requires applicant-management permission) to open the Invite to Campaign modal — "Invite [creator name] to collaborate."
Pick one of your active campaigns from the grid (each shows its title and status), then click Send Invitation. If you have no active campaigns yet, you'll see: "No active campaigns found. Please create one first" — head to Creating a Campaign first.
Once invited, the creator sees this campaign as an invitation in their own dashboard. If they accept, they show up in your campaign's Applicants list, where you can review and hire them the same way as any other applicant.
