CRM

A Kanban board for tracking outreach, negotiation, and production with creators — available on Rising and Scale plans.

CRM Overview & Plan Access

The Brand CRM (/brand/crm) is a Kanban-style board for tracking your relationships and deals with creators — "Track briefs, outreach, negotiations, and approvals in one workflow."

On the Start plan, the board is locked: "This workflow board is available on Zylolo Rising and Zylolo Scale. Upgrade from Settings to unlock Kanban, team seats, approvals, and automation support." If you previously had access and downgraded, you'll see: "Your current plan does not include CRM. Existing workflows stay saved, but board access is locked until you upgrade again" — so nothing is deleted, it's just hidden until you upgrade.

When CRM is enabled, the header shows your Seats usage (X/Y) and whether Automation is On or Off for your workspace. If a scheduled downgrade would remove CRM, you'll see: "Downgrade to Zylolo [plan] is scheduled for [date]." If you're over your seat limit, a banner asks you to "Remove extra team members before staying on this plan."

Why CRM is Rising/Scale only A shared pipeline only makes sense once more than one person is coordinating outreach — Start plans are built around a single owner managing campaigns directly, so the board (and the team seats that make it useful) unlock together.

The Kanban Board

The board has six columns representing the lifecycle of a creator relationship:

  1. Briefing — the initial idea or brief, before outreach begins.
  2. Outreach — you've reached out to the creator.
  3. Negotiation — discussing terms, rates, or deliverables.
  4. In Production — the creator is actively working.
  5. Review — content is submitted and being reviewed.
  6. Completed — the collaboration is done.

A hint at the top reminds you: "Drag and drop cards across columns to update stage" — moving a card between columns is how you record progress (this requires CRM-update permission). Each column header shows its card count and, if you can create cards, a + button to add one directly into that stage.

Use the filter chips — All, Ready, Watch, Action Required — to show only cards whose linked creator has a particular payout-compliance status.

Each card shows its title, a priority badge (Low/Medium/High), a compliance badge if linked to a creator with compliance data, and — if linked to a campaign with a budget cap — a small budget bar ("₹[projected] / ₹[cap] (X%)", color-coded by risk). Any internal notes you've added appear on the card too. An empty column simply reads "No cards yet."

Creating & Managing Cards

Click + New Card (header) or the + on a column to open the New Board Card form:

  • Title (required) — e.g. "Collab outreach — @creator".
  • Stage and Priority (Low/Medium/High) dropdowns.
  • Link campaign (optional) — associate the card with one of your campaigns so its budget context shows on the card.
  • Notes — free-form internal notes, visible to your whole team.

Click Create Card to add it to the board.

To remove a card, click its trash icon. A confirmation appears — "Delete Card?" — "This action cannot be undone. The card will be permanently removed from the board." Confirm with Delete, or back out with Cancel.

Why link a campaign Linking a card to a campaign surfaces that campaign's budget usage right on the card — so as negotiations progress, your team can see at a glance whether there's still room in the budget before committing to a rate.
