Getting Started

Introduction

Start here to understand what Zylolo is, who it is for, and how to get the most out of this Help Center.

Welcome to Zylolo

Zylolo is the platform that connects Brands looking to run influencer marketing campaigns with Creators who produce content for their audiences. Whether you're a brand running your first campaign or a creator managing collaborations and events, Zylolo brings everything you need into one place — campaigns, contracts, payments, messaging, and event management.

Tip Look for the help icon (an "i" inside a circle) near page titles, sections, and important buttons throughout Zylolo. Clicking it opens this Help Center in a new tab, scrolled directly to the relevant topic — so you never lose your place in the app.

Who is Zylolo for?

Zylolo has two main portals:

  • Creators — content creators (YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms) who want to find brand collaborations, manage campaigns, register for brand events, track earnings, and grow their profile.
  • Brands — companies and marketing teams who want to discover creators, run campaigns, manage approvals and contracts, organize events, and track spend through a wallet system.

When you sign up, you'll choose one of these roles. Each portal has its own dashboard, navigation, and tools tailored to that role.

Core Concepts

These ideas come up across almost every part of Zylolo:

  • Campaigns — A campaign is a brand's marketing initiative. Brands create campaigns, creators apply or get invited, and both sides track deliverables and approvals through to completion.
  • Events — Physical or hybrid brand events (launches, meetups, shoots). Brands create and manage event logistics; invited creators register, access an event hub, and submit deliverables tied to the event.
  • Wallet — Every account has a wallet. Brands fund campaigns and events through it; creators receive payouts into it. All transactions are tracked for transparency.
  • Messaging & Collaboration Hub — Direct chat between brands and creators, plus a collaboration hub for managing ongoing work together.
  • Approvals — Content and deliverables go through a review/approval workflow before payments are released, so both sides have a clear record of what was agreed and delivered.
  • Settings — Each account has profile, payout/billing, notification, security, and (for creators) connected social channel settings.
