Wallet & Finance

Where escrow deposits and milestone payouts to creators are tracked, with downloadable invoices for every completed payment.

Wallet Overview

Wallet & Billing (/brand/wallet) is your record of every payment that has moved through Zylolo on your behalf — "View your past escrow payments and active transactions." Two summary cards sit at the top:

  • Total Paid to Creators — the running total of completed payouts.
  • Funds in Escrow (Pending) — money you've deposited that's reserved for milestones not yet released.
Why funds sit "in escrow" When you hire a creator, your full payment (creator payout + Zylolo's fee + GST) is deposited up front and held safely. It only moves to "paid" as you approve each milestone — so this card is effectively your "committed but not yet released" balance.

Transaction History

The Transaction History table lists every escrow deposit and milestone payout. Use the tabs — All, Campaigns, Events — to filter by where the payment originated.

Each row shows:

  • Date the transaction occurred.
  • Source — a "Campaign" or "Event" badge.
  • Campaign / Event — the title (or "Campaign removed" / "Event removed" if it's since been deleted).
  • Creator — name and @handle (or "Creator removed").
  • Type — "Escrow Deposit" or "Milestone Payout".
  • Amount in ₹.
  • Status badge.

The table is paginated (10 per page) with Previous / "Page X of Y" / Next controls. If you have no transactions yet: "No transactions yet — Fund your first campaign to see payment history here."

Downloading Invoices

For users with finance-management permission, completed transactions show an Invoice column with two actions:

  • Download PDF — generates and downloads an invoice for that transaction (toast: "Generating PDF..." → "Invoice downloaded successfully", or an error if it fails).
  • Send to Email — emails the invoice to your account email ("Sending email..." → "Invoice sent to your email").

Only users with finance permission see this column — keeping invoicing and billing records limited to the people on your team responsible for accounting.
