Creator Guide

Creator Dashboard

Your home base — earnings at a glance, Zylolo Star insights, Quick Apply with smart pricing, and shortcuts to your media kit, applications, contracts, and messages.

Dashboard Overview

Your Dashboard (/creator/dashboard) opens with "Welcome back, [your name]" and "Here's what's happening with your campaigns today." A refresh icon reloads everything without leaving the page.

Four stat cards summarize your account at a glance:

  • Total Earned — "All time earnings."
  • This Month — "Current month" earnings.
  • Active Projects — "In progress" — how many contracts you're currently working on.
  • Avg. Engagement — "Performance rate" — your average engagement rate across connected channels.
"Dashboard Locked" If your profile isn't complete yet, the whole dashboard is covered by a lock overlay: "To view your analytics, discover campaigns, and collaborate with brands, please complete your creator profile," with a Complete Setup button that sends you to onboarding. Finishing onboarding — basic profile, niches, content style, collaboration preferences, and connecting at least one social channel — is what unlocks the rest of the platform.

Zylolo Star Insights

Below your stats, the Zylolo Star Insights card looks different depending on whether you're on the free Zylolo Rising tier or have upgraded to Zylolo Star (Zylolo Pulse — pricing to follow, managed from Settings → Plan & Billing).

On Zylolo Rising (free)

You'll see a "You're on Zylolo Rising" badge with: "You already have strong core tools to grow. Unlock Zylolo Star for advanced insights, priority visibility, and faster deal momentum," plus an Unlock Zylolo Star button.

On Zylolo Star (Pro)

The card becomes "Campaign Matchmaking Intelligence" — "Brands you should pitch this week, quick apply workflow, and hot timeline-budget alerts" — and includes:

  • Pitch Campaigns — your top 3 matching campaigns, each showing a "[X]% Match" score, the brand and niche, budget, and timeline, with a Quick Apply button (see Quick Apply below). If nothing fits yet: "No high-fit campaigns right now. Check back after refresh."
  • Hot campaign alerts — time-sensitive nudges about specific campaigns and why they're worth your attention.
  • Star Signals — three scores: Deal Readiness ("Based on engagement, audience size, and active work"), Visibility Tier ("Brand-side discoverability strength"), and Revenue Momentum ("Current earnings trend signal").
  • Conversion Funnel — your Applied → Interview → Offer → Accepted pipeline, plus Proposal Success Rate and Avg Days to Contract, and an Expected Payout card showing your next anticipated payment date and amount.
  • Revenue Overview — Total Earned, Available, and Pending breakdowns, a Projected Next Month figure with a growing/declining trend badge, and Earnings by Platform showing how much each connected channel has contributed. If you don't have enough history yet: "Complete your first campaign to see real earnings data here."

Quick Apply & Smart Pricing

Clicking Quick Apply on a Pitch Campaign opens the Recommended Asking Price modal — Zylolo's pricing assistant for that specific campaign.

While it loads: a spinner with "Analyzing market data and your profile...". Once ready, you'll see:

  • Recommended Range — "₹[min] — ₹[max]" with a High Confidence or Medium Confidence badge.
  • Your Asking Price — an editable ₹ field plus a slider (₹1,000 increments) bounded by the recommended range, showing Min/Max labels.
  • Expected Win Rate — a percentage with a hint about how nudging your price up or down would change it.
  • Market Insights (Similar Campaigns) — if Zylolo has enough comparable data: Applications Analyzed, Overall Win Rate, and Median Asking Price for campaigns like this one.

Click Apply with ₹[amount] to submit your application at that price, or Cancel to back out. If pricing data can't load, you'll see a simpler fallback showing just the campaign's stated budget range with the note "Using default market pricing."

Why a recommended price, not a fixed rate Zylolo doesn't set your rates — it shows you what's working for similar creators on similar campaigns so you can price competitively without underselling yourself. You can always type in a different number; the slider and range are guidance, not a limit.
