Creator Guide
Campaigns
Find and apply to campaigns, respond to brand invitations, and manage active contracts in the Collaboration Hub — from accepting terms to submitting deliverables with ASCI disclosure.
Finding Campaigns
Campaigns (/creator/campaigns) — "Explore collaboration opportunities
based on your niche" — has two views, switched with the toggle at the top:
- Find Work — browse open campaigns.
- My Applications — campaigns you've already applied to.
Four stat cards summarize your activity: Available ("Open now"), Applied ("In review"), Active ("Running"), and Avg. Budget ("Per campaign").
Searching and filtering
Use "Search campaigns..." plus:
- Category chips — All, Fashion, Tech, Beauty, Lifestyle.
- Sort — Newest, Oldest, Budget: High to Low, Budget: Low to High.
- Smart Search toggle — "We are listing the campaigns based on your rank algorithm. If not, you can turn off the smart results." Toggling it off shows a banner: "Smart Search Active: Campaigns ranked by your profile match. Toggle off to see all."
If you're on Zylolo Star, you also get extra filter chips: High Fit (75%+), High Budget (₹1L+), and Closing Soon (7d).
Campaign cards
Each card shows the brand, budget range, title, a "Last day"/"[X]d left" urgency chip if the deadline is close, a short description, niche/age-group/type tags, the go-live and tracking window dates, the platform, and how many creators have applied. The Apply Now button becomes:
- Applied — once you've applied (with a message icon to chat with the brand).
- Locked — "Locked (Rank [X]+)" if the campaign requires a higher creator rank than yours.
- Link Account — if you haven't connected any social channel yet.
If nothing matches: "No campaigns found — Try adjusting your search or filters to see more results."
Campaign Details & Applying
Clicking a card opens its detail view:
- Campaign Timeline — Production Start, Go-Live Date, and Tracking End dates.
- Description — the full brief.
- Deliverables — a checklist of expected content (e.g. Story, Reel, Post).
- Target Audience — niche, campaign type, and budget range.
- Zylolo Smart Pricing (Zylolo Star only) — a recommended price and confidence level for this specific campaign.
Applying
If the campaign is locked or you need to connect a channel, the apply button is replaced with that requirement instead of a form. Otherwise, fill in:
- Your Offer / Asking Price (₹) — required. On Zylolo Star, the field is pre-filled with "Recommended: ₹[amount]" based on Zylolo's suggestion.
- Your Pitch (Optional) — "Tell the brand why you're perfect for this campaign..."
Click Apply for Campaign to submit. You'll see "Application submitted successfully!" and the campaign moves to your My Applications view.
Invitations from Brands
Campaign Invitations (/creator/invitations) — "Brands interested in
working with you will send invitations here" — is where direct outreach from brands appears, separate
from campaigns you apply to yourself.
If you have none yet: "No invitations yet — Brands discover and invite creators based on profile quality, niche match, and engagement. Complete your profile and connect your channels to attract more invitations," with a Complete Profile button.
Each invitation card shows the brand's avatar and name, when it was sent, the budget range, the campaign title and description, and its category tags. Two buttons:
- Decline — politely turns down the invite ("Invitation rejected").
- Accept Invitation — "Invitation accepted" — moves the campaign into your Collaboration Hub as a pending contract.
Collaboration Hub
Collaboration Hub (/creator/collaboration-hub) — "Track your active
contracts and manage milestones" — is your workspace for every campaign you've been hired on. Two
summary cards: Total Earnings (with "+₹[X] pending" if you have unreleased payments)
and Active Milestones ("Tasks in progress").
Two tabs: Manage Contracts and Earnings & History.
Manage Contracts
The left list shows each active contract — brand avatar, campaign title, brand name, and "[done]/[total] complete." Selecting one opens its Milestone Tracker:
- A header with the campaign title, a View Terms button (reopens the contract agreement), a status badge, and the total contract value.
- A Payout Progress bar — "₹[paid] of ₹[total]" and "[X]% paid out."
- A collapsible Campaign Brief with the description and deliverables list.
- A vertical timeline of every milestone, each showing its title, description, amount, due date, and an urgency label (OVERDUE, Today, Tomorrow, or "[X]d left").
Accepting the contract
New contracts start as "Contract Awaiting Your Acceptance" — "Review the terms & conditions before work can begin," with a Review & Accept button. This opens the Contract Agreement modal, showing a Contract Summary (total amount and each milestone's amount), the brand's own custom terms, and Zylolo's standard Platform Terms — covering the 12% platform service fee, content-originality requirements, delivery timelines, a cancellation penalty of up to 20% after acceptance, escrow-only payment release after brand approval, a 7-day dispute window, and how repeated cancellations or missed deadlines can affect your Zylolo ranking.
Check "I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions above" and click Accept Contract. Until the brand also accepts and funds escrow, you'll see: "You've Accepted the Contract — Waiting for the brand to accept and make payment."
Submitting Deliverables
For each milestone that's still Pending, the tracker shows a submission form:
- Content Link — paste the URL to your published post/reel/video ("https://content-link.com").
- Disclosure type used — choose how you disclosed the partnership: #Ad hashtag, #Sponsored hashtag, #Collab hashtag, Paid Partnership label/sticker, Verbal disclosure (YouTube), or Other.
- A checkbox: "I confirm this content includes the required ASCI disclosure."
Click Submit (shows "Submitting..." briefly). Once submitted, the milestone shows "Awaiting brand approval." After the brand reviews it:
- Approved — the brand accepted your content; payout moves toward release.
- Paid — the milestone amount has been released to your wallet, with the paid date shown.
Earnings & History
The Earnings & History tab is a "Payment History" table — date, campaign and brand, milestone, amount, and a Paid status badge for each completed payout. Click Export CSV to download the full table.
If you haven't been paid yet: "No payments received yet."
For the bigger picture — pending balances, withdrawals, and bank/tax details — see Wallet & Payouts.
