Events: Creating, Managing & Tracking

How to create a brand event, invite creators, track registrations and logistics, and review the deliverables creators submit.

Events Overview

The Events page (/brand/events) lists every event your brand has created. Use the filter tabs — All, Draft, Published, Completed, Cancelled — to focus on events at a particular stage. Each event card is color-coded by status so you can scan your pipeline at a glance.

Click + Create Event to start a new event. This button only appears if your account has permission to manage events.

Plan limits On the Start plan, you can have at most 2 non-cancelled events at a time — once you hit that limit, + Create Event is disabled and a message links you to upgrade to the Rising plan for unlimited events.

Creating a New Event

The Create Event form (/brand/events/create) walks through everything needed to publish an event and start inviting creators:

  • Basic Information — the event title and description shown to invited creators.
  • Date & Logistics — when the event takes place, and key logistics dates (e.g. the RSVP deadline creators see on their invitation cards).
  • Venue — the event location, shown to creators on the event's Location Map.
  • Compensation — what you're offering creators to attend, including a Creator Tier Breakdown if you want to offer different compensation based on a creator's tier (e.g. nano / micro / macro).
  • Deliverables — the content you expect from each invited creator (type and quantity, e.g. "2 Reels + 1 Story"). This becomes the deliverables checklist creators see and submit against in their Event Hub.
  • Brand Guidelines — messaging, tone, and required hashtags creators should follow when posting about the event.
  • Registration Form Settings — controls what information creators must provide when they accept (travel details, +1 guest, dietary preferences, consents, etc.). Configure this based on what your events/logistics team actually needs to plan the event.

Before publishing, a summary shows Event Details, your Creator Targets (how many creators you intend to invite), and a count of configured Content (deliverable types) — a final check that everything is set up correctly.

Why Registration Form Settings matter Whatever you enable here is what creators are asked to fill in during their registration. Only ask for what your team will actually use (e.g. don't require flight preferences for a local, no-travel event).

Managing an Event: The Event Detail Tabs

Opening an event from the list takes you to its detail page, organized into tabs that follow an event's lifecycle from planning to wrap-up:

  • OverviewEvent Info, Venue, Budget, the count of Required Deliverables, and your Event Team (teammates with access to manage this event).
  • Invitations — every creator you've invited and their RSVP status. See Inviting Creators & Negotiating below.
  • Registrations — creators who accepted and completed their registration form, with their submitted travel and preference details.
  • Logistics — links into the Logistics Board for arranging and tracking travel for registered creators.
  • Deliverables — content submitted by creators against the event's deliverables checklist, ready for your review. See Reviewing Creator Deliverables.
  • Analytics — rollup charts for the event. See Event Analytics.

Inviting Creators & Negotiating

On the Invitations tab, click Invite Creators to open the invite dialog and send invitations to creators (from your existing contacts, applicants, or discovery results). If no one has been invited yet, you'll see a "No invitations yet" empty state with this same action.

Once a creator responds, you can take further action directly from their invitation row:

  • Negotiate Payout — if a creator sends a counter offer (see Responding to an Invitation), this dialog shows their requested amount and note, and lets you accept it or propose a different figure.
  • Fund Escrow — once compensation is agreed, use this to fund the payout amount into escrow ahead of the event. This protects both sides: the creator knows the funds are secured before they attend, and the funds are only released after their deliverables are approved.

A Creator RSVP Breakdown (accepted / declined / pending / countered) gives you a quick read on how many of your invited creators are confirmed.

Logistics Board

The Logistics Board (/brand/events/:id/logistics) is where your events team manages travel for every registered creator. For each creator, click Update Logistics to record or edit:

  • Flight details (outbound)
  • Return Flight details
  • Hotel booking
  • Airport Pickup arrangements

Whatever you save here appears immediately in that creator's Event Hub → Logistics tab, so they always see the latest travel plan. A Logistics Progress summary (visible on the Analytics tab) shows how many registered creators still need each item arranged.

Reviewing Creator Deliverables

The Deliverables tab lists content creators have submitted for this event. Click Review Deliverable on an item to view what was submitted and approve or reject it.

Why review matters A deliverable's status (pending / submitted / approved / rejected) is what the creator sees on their own Deliverables page. Approving a deliverable is what allows its share of the event compensation to be released from escrow to the creator's wallet — and rejecting it lets the creator know to resubmit before payment can proceed.

Event Analytics

The Analytics tab summarizes the health of the event at a glance:

  • Creator RSVP Breakdown — how many invited creators accepted, declined, are pending, or countered.
  • Deliverables Progress — how much of the required content has been submitted and approved versus still outstanding.
  • Cost Summary — total committed/escrowed compensation across all confirmed creators.
  • Logistics Progress — how many registered creators still need flights, hotels, or pickups arranged.

Use this tab in the run-up to the event to spot gaps — for example, creators who haven't registered yet, or logistics items still pending close to the event date.
