Brand Guide

Brand Dashboard

Your command center as a Brand — quick actions, campaign and applicant snapshots, budget tracking, and (on Rising/Scale) workflow automation activity.

Dashboard Overview

Your Brand dashboard (/brand/dashboard) is the first thing you see after logging in. The header reads "[Your Plan] Workspace for [Your Name] at [Your Brand]" — your plan badge (Start, Rising, or Scale) is always visible here so you know which features are available to you.

On the Start plan, you'll also see how many campaign publishes you have left this month, e.g. "Publishes left: 2" — Start plans include a limited number of campaign publishes per month, so this counter helps you plan when to launch.

The headline message under the title changes based on your plan, to point you at what matters most right now:

  • Start: "Focus on publishing campaigns and closing your first creator wins."
  • Rising: "Keep momentum with workflow automations and shared operations."
  • Scale: "Scale operations across approvals, CRM, and team workflows."
If something fails to load If one or more dashboard sections can't load, you'll see a banner: "Some sections failed to load — Could not fetch: [list]". Click Retry to reload just those sections, or the to dismiss the banner for this session.

Focus Board & Quick Actions

Near the top of the dashboard, the Focus Board shows three metric cards that summarize what needs your attention right now:

  • Pending Approvals — "Items waiting for a decision from your team."
  • Due in 72 Hours — "Task reminders that need action this week."
  • Pending Team Invites (Rising/Scale only) — "Invitees that still need to join your workspace."

Next Action Strip (Start plan)

On the Start plan, a step indicator ("Step 1 of 3", "Step 2 of 3", or "Completed") walks you through the basics of getting your account productive:

  • No campaigns yet? — "Launch your first campaign" with a Create Campaign button that opens the campaign wizard.
  • Have a campaign but no applicants? — "Find creators who fit your brief" with an Open Discover button that takes you to Discover Creators.
  • Have both? — "You are ready to scale your workflow" with an Upgrade to Rising button that opens Settings.

Today's Quick Actions

This card gives you one-click shortcuts to the most relevant pages for your plan:

  • Start plan: Create Campaign ("Launch a new campaign quickly") and Review Applicants ("Approve the best-fit creators faster").
  • Rising plan: Open Approvals Queue ("Process pending approvals with role workflows"), Open CRM Pipeline ("Track creator progress across stages"), and Review Wallet ("Handle milestones and payout flow").
  • Scale plan: Open Approvals Queue ("Keep high-volume approvals moving daily"), Open CRM Pipeline ("Operate campaigns with stage-level visibility"), and Manage Team Settings ("Tune permissions and collaboration setup").
Why this changes by plan The quick actions always point at the workflows your plan actually supports — CRM, the Approvals queue, and Wallet milestone reviews only become daily tools once you're on Rising or Scale, so Start-plan shortcuts focus on getting your first campaign and applicants moving instead.

Active Campaigns, Recent Applicants & Pending Approvals

Active Campaigns

This card lists your currently running and past campaigns, each showing its status (Open, Paused, Closed, Pending), budget range ("₹[min] - ₹[max]"), how many creators have applied, how many openings remain (or "Full"), and a "% filled" progress indicator. Click View all to go to the full Campaigns page.

If you haven't created a campaign yet, you'll see: "No active campaigns right now. Create your first campaign to get started!"

Recent Applicants

Shows the latest creators who applied to your campaigns — their avatar, name, rank badge (Rookie, Rising, Vanguard, Icon, Legend, or Titan), which campaign they applied to, their follower count, and a status badge (PENDING, ACCEPTED, REJECTED, or INVITED). Click View all to open the full Applicants management page.

If nobody has applied yet, you'll see: "No recent applicants yet. Applications will appear here."

Pending Approvals (Milestone Approvals)

This card surfaces milestones submitted by creators that are waiting for your review — creator name, campaign, milestone title, and the amount (₹) tied to it. For each one you can:

  • Review — opens the submission in a new tab so you can check the actual content.
  • Approve — (if you have content-review permission) approves the milestone directly from the dashboard, with a success confirmation.

When there's nothing waiting, the card simply says: "All milestones caught up!"

Why this lives on the dashboard Milestone approvals are time-sensitive — creators are often waiting on your decision before they can be paid for completed work. Surfacing them here means you don't have to dig into each campaign to find what's pending.

Budget Overview & Automation Activity

Budget Overview

This widget tracks spend across your active campaigns. If none of your campaigns have a budget set, you'll see "No budget set — Add a budget to your active campaigns to track spend here" with a Go to Campaigns button.

Once a campaign has a budget, the widget shows:

  • "₹[spent] of ₹[total budget]" with a progress bar that turns green under 70% used, orange between 70–89%, and red at 90%+.
  • Remaining — how much budget is left.
  • Pending Payouts — amount committed to approved milestones not yet paid.
  • Used — the percentage of budget consumed, color-coded the same way as the bar.

If spend has gone over the allocated budget, a warning appears: "Campaign spend has exceeded the allocated budget." Click View Wallet to go to your Wallet for the full transaction history.

Signal Grid (Rising & Scale)

On Rising and Scale plans, four extra cards give you an operational pulse:

  • Team Capacity — used seats in your workspace, e.g. "3 / 5".
  • Upcoming Reminders — your next few task reminders with due dates; shows "No pending reminders in the queue" if there are none.
  • Automation Throughput (Scale only) — recent automation events from your workflow rules.
  • Ops Queue Pressure (Scale only) — combined view of approvals and urgent reminders that need coordination.

Automation Activity (Rising & Scale)

This section shows a live feed of events triggered by your workflow automation rules — creator approvals, deliverable submissions, and payment status changes. You can filter by:

  • Action chips — "All", "Creator Approved", "Deliverable Submitted", "Payment Pending".
  • Date chips — "All time", "Today", "7D", "30D", or "Custom" (which reveals Start/End date fields).
  • A search field — "Action, campaign ID, creator ID..."
  • Clear filters — resets everything back to defaults.

A toggle link lets you switch between "View all audit logs" (every system event) and "Show automation-only" (just events your rules triggered). When the list is empty, you'll see "No automation events yet."

On the Start plan

Instead of the live feed, you'll see a "Workflow Automation" card explaining: "Available on Rising and Scale plans for reviewer and finance handoffs," with an Explore plan upgrade options button linking to Settings.

Deep Insights (Scale)

On Scale, a notice card tells you: "Deep Insights Moved to Analytics Center" — "Advanced analytics, vendor compliance, and detailed automation activity are now available in a dedicated analytics workspace for deeper insights," with an Open Analytics Center button that takes you to Analytics.
